I recommend servicing your hydro system. You can adjust your neutral tracking but your reverse speed shouldn’t be any different than your forward speed, sounds like that pump is starting to wear and will need to be replaced at some point.

You will know when your clutch goes out, it will screech like hell when you pull the pto switch and it won’t engage your blades.
