So from what I can see I would have to take the engine apart right ? if yes not sure if I would be able to put it back together I usually have an extra bolt when im usually done repairing things. So it it worth my time to mess with it ? And most importantly is it worth it money wise ?

So just recently bought this yardman mtd I have no idea what model or year. Bought it cheap, to be exact for $33 needed some repair so I started diagnostics because I wasn't told reason why it stopped working. So I tried spinning it by hand and to my surprise it would only spin 1/4 of the way...
