I adjusted the height of the deck. The angle is perfect and the belt doesn't twist . Thanks

So it could be a bad spindle? It does look like a steep angle going to the engine pully.

I put three new belts on but all twist in a short time and break.

Replaced deck pullies, spring, new wheels and blades. Belt still twists at the engine pully then goes back normal but it's chewing up the belt.
