Thank you both. Is/was this a known issue? Parts guy was kind of scratching his head on this. Would be nice just to get the part I need. Didn't know they sold an entire assembly and may have to go that route.

Same exact issue with my YTH23V48. 2010 model, #960430086. Ordered part #5324205-37 (superseded to 587739901) from my local dealer. I refused the part and got a refund. Basically was told I don't know what else we can do (from parts mgr), this is the correct part number in the book. Guess I'll...
