I had to come back to thank you all for helping me out. The jumpers did the trick, it was left neutral safety switch. It is so nice of you folks to take the time to give suggestions to folks. I hope the kindness you have shared with so many comes back to you three fold!

Thanks You. That lets me know I am looking at the right schematic. I will get jumper wires today and try that route. I did test all the safety switches, according to the manual, and all test correctly.
