Would you happen to know what i need to do to stop the speed lever from backing off as i mow? Ever since i changed out the tranny i have had to keep a hand on the speed lever or it just backs off and slows. I have tried tightening a spring loaded bolt on the left side(as i am sitting on it)...

If the clutch is locked up, couldnt you just take the belts off it and see if the motor will turn to know if its the clutch or not?

I searched to see if there was a mandate to move to E15 and found this: "Beginning January 1, 2026, retail gasoline fueling stations must advertise and sell E15 from at least one gasoline dispenser." That doesnt mean it will be the only thing you can buy. Some will though.

They dont pay engineers for that any more. My brother in law who works on cars always reminds me that those things we call quick disconnects are not that at all...they are quick connects to make assembly line work faster and as mistake free as they can, some of those things are almost impossible...
