Basically used for trimming here in NC- hilly terrain, somewhat rough too, my Current Craftsman works but is HEAVY/BULKY/ and not easy to throw around- also scrapes easily.
Its a bit corroded. I'm in the process now of TRYING to clean the main jet and tube, plus the other known passages like the fuel inlet, under the emulsion tube, and thru the needle seat. My first attempt didnt help- it still dies out after running 20-40 seconds. I'm soaking it more this time...
I am looking at a 22" self propelled, RWD/B&S engine Craftsman mower. I BELIEVE this is made by MTD. Is the drive system decent? The Platnum Briggs s/b OK. thanks, GP
