I would usually welcome an enlarged schematic but I am unable to get the entire print on my laptop and perhaps a 50% reduction would fit. I tried to troubleshoot the print but moving it up and down is less than ideal.

My suggestion would be to take a picture of the intended slope to be cut and have an adult in it to reference the size of the slope. Wheel weights might be an option. Take the picture to the intended vendor and ask for assistance as to the recommended choice.

Just as a wild guess I removed the fuel filter and went to my local advanced auto and purchased the same size fuel filter to fit the hose ends. It does not shut off now. The only point is sometimes it is something very simple.

It looks like some lawn mower manufacturers have found yet another way to guarantee more sales. Who in their right mind would leave your car oil drain plug out and then drive their car around?

You may want to also check the grease fittings out at the wheels. If grease does not enter then you may need to disassemble to free up grease flow. If there is no flow of course the binding will create additional load on the bushings that are shot and more difficulty turning the steering column.

Can you see if the deck belt is turning?
