Hey Guys I have a weird brake problem on my 19.5 HP Turbo Cool 42" Hydro Craftsman tractor I just bought. When you set the parking brake / stop the tractor with the brake and then try to go forward again you cannot go, the hydro just whines. You have to go into shove it into reverse with a fair...
