I've broken the clutch wire off at the clutch. Can it be removed or does the clutch have to be replaced too? If it can, can I remove it without removing the clutch?

I mowed about 3 hrs and it died. Would start but die immediately. Found a clogged fuel line, blew it out, and it clogged again past the fuel pump. Blew it out and fuel flowed all the way to carb. Started it and it died again immediately. Would it do this if fuel pump is bad? I drained and put...
