Have to pour gas on plug, engine starts and runs until gas runs out. Have to do the same thing to get it started again.

Diagram calls for 397789 tank (no longer available) would a 555192 work? It looks the same outside, but can't find out if it will work. Any help will be appreciated.

Got one problem fixed thanks to this forum. New problem, engine running, but white smoke and smells and like gas dripping on the muffler. Any help will be appreciated. Briggs engine number 445777-0129-E1 Model No. 917.272190

Got mower back from repair person with the choke and throttle disconnected. Springs also not connected. Need help as to where each part goes. Also the governor springs were disconnected. Need help and especially a blown up diagram of the where these parts are to be connected. Thanks
