I recently purchased a Toro 21387. The pull start is working fine but I can't get the electric start to work. I have one wire just hanging out and for the life of me, I can't figure out where it goes. It may not be my issue but I figured it was worth a try. Does anyone know where this plugs in?

Do they make it larger than a 21". I feel with a 21", it will take awhile to mow my lawn.
