Hello everyone. I own a 2011 Cub cadet 42 inch riding mower. I was wondering if the front wheels of the deck are supposed to drag the ground with the deck lever all the way up? The back wheels will stay up but the front ones are dragging the ground, Is this how it is supposed to be? Thanks.

I know I said carb, but I meant the whole engine. I have a 1996 MTD Yard Machine in the restoration process. Starting on the engine as of now, where is the best place to get gaskets, filters, or anything I need for this 18 hp briggs and Stratton? Thanks for any help.
