I know this post is very old. You can try a Yazoo 206-660 blade. This is a 20"blade from the 60"cut mower and it's still readily available. It's a little longer than the 20" push mower blade so you may have to grind or cut approximately 1/2 inch from each end

My John Deere 335 with 20hp Kawasaki did the same thing. Problem was carburetor missing a Welch plug.
