I climbed over something with deck and tore up the 2 straps on the front, under deck. How important are they? I could not find them on the deck assembly diagram...I have taken them off...can anyone help me..part number, or how important are they?....thanks

Jumped on my 729 today, and when I tried to start it, the starter tried, then stopped. (still whined after trying to start) Its like I had to hit the sweet spot to start it. When trying to trouble shoot, should I go straight to the starter, the battery is in good shape, left it on a maintainer...
