I broke the primary belt (belt for the engine pulley,idle pulley, right side blade pulley, and a rear idle pulley) on my deck, so I purchased a new 90" belt which is what it calls for but I can't seem to get it to go on, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Will a 24 hp twin briggs engine crank if the timing(cam/crank gear) dots are a couple of teeth off?
