I got the valve loosened up but now there's one major clank happening inside the crankcase. She'll have to come apart.
The closest color I could find is Husqvarna orange, so that's what I'm using. It's engine enamel, so it should hold up well.

*sigh* Not the happiest of motors. Sticky valves and a scored cylinder wall.
The Briggs 4 HP motor has two driveshafts; this one is connected to a gear reducer and comes out the side to power the drive system.
