Cub Cadet Z Force S buy one?

I think I'm sold on this mower, have read the reviews and there doesn't seem to be anything in particular to stand out good or bad. 48" Deck price is $3600. Any thoughts?

Is this a used mower or new?
 
Does it have the Kohler Courage or a kawasaki engine and are you syre it's a 48" and not a 46"?

This doesn't make sense? The 48" comes with a 21.5 HP Cub Cadet professional-grade Kawasaki V-Twin and cost $4495 the 46 comes with the 20hp Kohler Courage V-Twin and there cost is $3499. That's why I'm asking questions I really don't know what your buying?
 
I think the one I am looking at buying is last years model. The pamphlet the dealer gave me shows all the Z Force S mowers from 46 to 60 have Kohler motors. And I do think he said it was last years model. I see on the website what you're saying buy my pamphlet is different.

Ok if it's last years model that explains a lot. :thumbsup: This years 48 has the EZT transmission which I've always been told to stay away from for commercial use. That would be the only draw back for me. The owner where I bought my 48 and 44" Z Force said he has sold some of the S models and they've never had any problems with any that they've sold. If and when you buy the mower let us know how you like it, I'd be real interested in how you like the steering, I personally am a Lap Bar fan.
