Pics from storm last Wednesday

We got about 16 inches of new snow last week and it was so windy the drifts were as high as 4 to 5 feet. My wife had an excuse for not going to work...that's my car visible in the picture, heres is buried under the snow to the left...not really....:laughing:

Over at my neighbors, while clearing their driveway I heaped the snow in a pile for his kids to play on (in?)

Last one, our house viewed from the south, the yard is probably overgrown, full of weeds, etc. but I don't care. Sometimes I really enjoy winter because it covers my lousy lawn....:laughing::laughing:

Nice pictures jd the best one is the one with the street sign that says"pass with care" :laughing: i wish i was permanately living in the country side like you instead of part timing it like i am now, i'll take that wide open space in a heartbeat.maybe when my wife quits working we can split this city life,i was out this morning at dark shoveling our 1 1/2" snow fall with my coffee and just thinking its so quit and nowbody is out yea thats for me:biggrin:

Wow... nice pictures! Quite the storm. I remember storms that looked just like that when I lived in New York. I think the best part is when it's coming down and you're not sure when it's going to stop. :laughing:
