Yeah I noticed it when I relooked at the diagram with the battery there, edited it out(above).
So was the wiring hooked up right?

Mike, the best I could tell the wiring is right. I switched out one of the new relays for one of the old ones and now I can at least use it by hot-wiring it. I still haven't figured out what the problem is. I guess I'll wire a toggle switch to the solenoid.
