I guess crap like this is going to happen when you own 9 cars but only have room for two in the garage.......this little truck sits alot, use it for dump runs and odd jobs now and then

You could probably sell it to Eustace Conway on Mountain Men.
He had a Toyota or Nissan which he rigged to run on wood chip smoke, but it
sailed out of control down a mountain and smashed upside-down into a tree.....
Killed it so effectively that hi didn't even try to skin it..........

Next is underground electric service and a new breaker panel.
The roll up door should be in about 2 weeks or so...

WOW !! Ron, why just not put up a sign and call it a REPAIR CENTER ..?? I'm green with envy, but kinda glad I don't have something like it, in a months time it would be filled with projects and I most likely won't live long enough to get them done, really a nice shop, please keep us up-dated and post lotsa pics !!
