There's always a million ways to skin a cat. We try to mow east to west directions. Sun playing off the grass will help pronounce the stripes. We don't use stripe kits, but run our baffles wide open mid or high lift blades and I'll get upset if i find a deck set below 4"s. All our decks are...

add the dot com to your company name/logo your swag you wear while out cutting grass and all your fliers ect. basically make your web site a part of your company name.

put it on the side of your truck, and add your .com on all your company swag, marketing materials, ect. that's about the cheapest way I can think of

brad I operate just south of Indy in Shelby and Johnson county. if you want a good grass that's durable, will grow and is reasonably priced I'd buy Kentucky 31. I have it at my personal house here's a picture. 2 years ago there was barely any grass there and mostly weeds.

the one with the matching back yards is from a Scag walkbehind with the velocity deck no stripe kit. the other is from the tiger cat with the velocity deck both are cut at 4 1/4" s.

this is actually on a pretty steep hill. theres a few puck marks at the bottom

its a little dark but hey gotta make that $ while I can. I've bought the clam shell grass catcher for the new ztr. I haven't even uncreated it yet but I would have charged that guy at least $700 to clear that mess.

Nothing special gator blades and 4" cutting height. Yes professionally maintain athletic turf does use rollers striping kits etc to get their pattens. But they also use speciality grasses that would be near impossible to maintain in a residential lawn. Some guys do use stripe kits for more...

Here's one for you, this one took us about 45 minutes. With just the 2 of us, with the billy goats and blower to flush out the landscaping. Everyone was posting such good work I just wanted to join in.

We average about 35 min for an acre lot like this on about 10 min of string trimming and blowing. Unloading, loading and getting started. Here's a couple from today, sorry for the blurriness i was holding a string trimmer.

Here's my trailer with one of the two Dixie's. I quit loading both if we weren't going to use both. Then dumping some mulch with my 16' dump trailer.
