Hey guys! New Years new member.. Here's my setup... This is my newest trailer.. I also have a 7x10 open landscape with a gate and a 16+ equipment trailer...
Everyone having a great spring I hope!

Spring is coming here! The snow is almost all melted.

Nice setup! I like the idea of the dump box on the truck. That way you can fill it up with mulch or dirt and do lawn mowing and overspreading/mulching during the day.

Yep the fifth wheel setup is like a tractor trailer, gooseneck still has to have the ball plate. I stick with the bumper hitch style because I dont cut that many lawns these days. I downsized years ago.
It depends on what kind of truck you are pulling one with. I run a 2500 Dodge with a set of Super Springs under it. 6 spd manual with a Cummins. My 16' V nose with all equipment doesn't even squat the truck.

I actually have all three hitches. The bumper pull with my truck works very well.

When i see anything except a truck(don't care about condition or type) pulling a lawn trailer it makes me very mad.

I don't use pick ups.
Right now I am using a Durango.
I have always used SUVs

They make the hitches for the fiat and mini coopers so you can pull the lighter trailers.

Lighter trailers don't put more stress on a car than if you were to be driving with some heavy passengers in the back seats. I wouldn't be pulling a dual-axel trailer with a couple zero-turns, but for light stuff I think it does fine.
