Mines 24' long 5' high when towing it and 31' long and 12' high when set up. My wife & I love camping on the area TN lakes!!!

Ours is 32' trailer, it tows well, but it is built cheap. It seems like I have to do a little something to it each year we have it.

We've had ours 6 years and the only major repair I've had was replacing the roof vents(we have since bought a nice Camping World Tyvek cover and if we had bought one 6 years ago the UV rays may not have made the original ones get brittle and need replacing). If you ever decide to trade, you should take a look at the TrailManor. They are a little more expensive than many regular travel trailers but definitely not built cheap either. I have the 3124KS and we love it!!! Below is a link if you want to take a gander:

Reviving an old thread but... I got a new trailer it suits me better for my needs than my old hand made one. This one is all metal except the storage box I built and the trimmer racks also the whole trailer can fit in my garage. My old one would barely fit with litterly one inch clearance on the sides this one has a about 4 feet clearance

Nice...did you enclose the sides or was it already like that?

WOW...that's a honker of a trailer(I've never seen one with the side ramp in addition to the rear ramp. I'll bet that makes unloading/loading a lot quicker!!!

There was one for sale locally that had double side ramps....but I don't know if it had a rear one.
