I bought a brand spanking new Tiger Cat 61" with a B&S engine last year...I am going to send it to the dealer next month for the yearly maintenance...it has 86 hours on it and the oil was changed at 5 hrs...I plan on having the oil and air filter changed, the blades sharpened and the fittings greased...is there anything else I should have them check/change...sorry for bothering you guys with this, but I am not very mechanically inclined...

Thanks/bg

If you've not done so already, I would read your operators & engine manuals cover to cover to familiarize yourself with maintenance intervals for engine & mower.

Like he said.

Also, you could do the maintenance yourself. It isn't very hard. It might take more time the first time since you may not be use to this. A good way to start is to look at the mower also. Get to know how it works inside and out. This way, you can diagnose some problems and know your way around the machine.
