Always check my oil before and after each use. Sat. When I finished mowing I checked oil level, and noticed white froth in fill tube???? Is this normal? I've never seen it before.....

Any help would be great! Thanks...

White froth indicated moisture. Most likely from condensation, but in liquid cooled engines can be an indication of major problems, like bad head gaskets, or cracked cylinder or head.

Unless you have a liquid cooled engine, or the oil gets a white color to it, don't worry about it.
