I am back to using my older model Toro #20487 Super Recycler, which delivers a better looking cut and has more traction than my newer Toro #20017 Recycler which seems kind of flimsy and uneven in comparison.
Anyway, after changing spark plug, air filter, oil, etc. all is well with the 20487 except that it's a little stubborn when restarting after a brief shut off. It seems to start on the first pull when cold. Might this be plug gap adjustment? Also, how do you adjust the engine speed to get it to run a little faster?
