I have a 1990 Troy-Bilt Econo-Horse Tiller, My Problem seems to be that some way it is locked up in gear, maybe between forward & reverse, if i start it and try to make it go farward it bogs the motor down, same if try to go to reverse, would any of You have any experance with this Unit, Thanks for any help You'll can shear on my Problem
