NO spark. I replace spark plug. Still no spark. Any suggestions?

First remove the engine cover and disconnect the kill wire on the coil. Remove the spark plug. Tie the bail handle back, to allow the flywheel to spin easily. Attach the spark plug to the spark plug wire and rest it on the engine block for a good ground. Spin the flywheel by hand and look for spark. No spark, replace the coil. Spark, check to see if the kill wire is fray or pinched, causing a short to ground.
