Mower is only six months old, has no primer bulb. After four uses, cannot get started. Checked plug and cleaned. After several sprays of carb cleaner it finally started. Then two weeks later same problem. "Guaranteed to start after two pulls" HARDLY!

I don't have a crystal ball, but if you are running ethanol fuel, it's been known to go bad within two months.
First suggestion is to dump all the old fuel. Install fresh fuel. Take the air cleaner off and feed a little fuel in the carb. (An old gear oil bottle with the cone shaped cap works great for this.) Try starting it, and keeping it running with little squirts into the carb. The hope is that it will draw up fresh fuel until it runs on it's own.
Second is to pull the bowl off the carb, or pull the whole carb and thoroughly clean it and re-install.
