I just got a mower from this guy. Its a self propelled craftsman with and Eager engine on it. The mower will start if I spray some gas into the intake but the carb is having some issues. There is a clog somewhere between the nylon fuel intake and where ever it goes from there. I have sprayed and sprayed it with carb cleaner tried pushing wire through, there is still a clog somewhere. The bowl of the carb says Tecumseh, thats how I know its made by Tecumseh. Everything else on the carb is fine. When I try to prime it all I hear is air.

More info on mower:

I am sure you have already checked it but make sure the jet in the bowl nut is clean. also if the outside air cleaner mounting screw is missing it will not prime. same with a leaking bowl gasket.

One more thing. There is a hole in the middle of the primer bulb, but it looks like it's supposed to be there. The issue I think is not the primer though. There is a clog beyond the fuel entrance somewhere, there must be.
