I am new here having just got a mower tractor.
I have a problem with the grass getting clogged up in the cutter Shute and not getting into the collector so I have to remove manually. The dealer told me that the mower has to be driven very slowly like walking 2 mph and the throttle on maximum , not only very slow and takes too long but also uses a lot of petrol; cut the grass at high cutter settings which mean 4 or 5 (1 inch at a time?) which means repeated cutting; cut only using part of the blade wide (2/3); avoid cutting when grass is not dry which means on hot days and in afternoon or early evening due to early morning mildew and drying time.
Essentially the cutter blades are not throwing the cut grass into the collector get stuck and eventually grass cutting fall back to the lawn.
I have some other issues which make me think that the machine is not working properly. Husqvarna customer service is useless and refer me bake to the dealer so I may have to ask for a new machine or refund.
