Snapper Worth Fixing?

There is an older Snapper mower for sale on my local Craigslist. Here is a picture:

The seller wants $30 for it, but I can probably get it for less. Is it worth saving, and if so what is a good price to pay for it?

All depends what you want to do with it. To me it would be worth nothing, but someone who would want to repair, restore, and use, it would well be worth 30 dollars. You can't buy a good quality mower for that price.
