Slick front tires on Husqvara ZTR

We are kind of looking at a ZTR to supplement or JD X500. The finish mower on my NH TC30 scalps so badly. We looked at the residential grade Husqvarna and Troy-Bilt. My wife's big concern with the Husky is the front tires are bald. On all models. Does that make a difference?

Most all ZTR have smooth-tread, pneumatic front caster tires. Nothing to worry about. You actually maneuver or drive with the rear tires. Front tires don't actually do much.
