I had a simplicity hydro 15 mower that i had for sale. it always started great and ran great. A guy came and bought it the other night and took it home. He said the first time he whent use it it ran for ten minuets and then quit. he said now it wont start and as soon as he turns the key to "start" it backfires really bad. What could be causing this? what would be the fix for it?
also, i noticed that when he was "going over it with a fine tooth comb," he ran it for a little while on half to low idle while the deck was engaged. could this have anything to do with it? could this cause more problems?
