You can use something like a Sonic Crafter, yes as seen on TV. It lets you get about any angle you need with the blades still on. First thing I did was get rid of the wimpy velcro sand paper. The loops melt with little pressure. Clean off the metal blade and get some good self stick 40 grit paper. I use this 2 times before I take off the blades, unless of course I get into rocks or something serious!
