Scag Turf Tiger 2

I have a scag turf tiger two and am seeing to have a problem with tearing up my customers lawn with the scag. I have tested out different speeds and even going slow slow with the scag it still tears up the grass. Both on straights and turning. I also do the "K" turn when turning. Does anybody know any other causes that could be tearing up the grass with my scag? thank you in advance.

Cutting grass too low, dull & out of balance blades, unlevel deck & loose bolts, nuts, hardware.
