I just don't know how to make the fiberglass hood look "flawless". It has lots of scratches and some pretty deep ones too. i don't think i should sand it so what should i do?:confused2:

If you have any place that sells boats in your area they will have all sorts of products to restore fiberglass and plastics... :smile:KennyV

If it just has some scratches you can treat it like metal. You can use bondo and spot putty then prime and paint. Benny's sells bondo so does Auto Zone etc. Buy a small amount like a qt. Don't forget the hardner.
