I picked up a Murry tractor, 14 hp in fairly good LOOKING condition, figured I could use it for wheels and other parts. The motor was seized and sitting out in the weather for 4 years untouched.
Tipped it upright, blew away the debris from around the spark plug...poured in marvel Mystery oil and let it sit over night. Then evicted the years of mouse homes hidden in the motor, and blew the motor clean with compressed air. \
A shot of ether, a new battery and BAM...she started right up! Changed the oil, fuel line and added gas and drove it around the yard....you cant KILL these things!
