replacing belt on lawnboy 10604 around transmission pully

need to replace belt/ Took off belt cover .10604 if rear wheeel drive. Cannot figure out how to replace belt over transmission pulley

There should be a belt-guard OVER the pulley that is affixed to the transmission. You have to remove this to put belt on.
