Reassembling key switch

Was mowing the other day and jumped off to grab the sprayer. Turned the key off and it just didn’t feel right. Went to turn it back on and it exploded all over the grass. I think I managed to get all pieces back except possibly two ball bearings. I assumed they were missing after looking at the switch and the indents.
Has anyone reassembled these suckers before or should I just bin it?

I would just bin it and get a new switch as it will probably just come back apart.
