Hello all,

New to the forum just looking to get some help as I am fixing up a GT5000 for sale and have no clue how to price it. The man i bought it from knew the original owner and said that he mowed three times with it, then the man died and the mower has sat ever since. He bought it from the wife of the guy who passed and sold it to me. when i took apart the motor it looks brand new there is still what i assume to be inspection writing in the valve covers. everything i clean and inspect looks to have virtually no use on it. so my question is once i get it all cleaned up and running and cutting what should i sell it for?

Mower Info:
Craftsman GT5000 22HP V twin 40H777-0241-E1. Has a 50in deck, HI/LOW transmission

if there is any info im missing just let me know and ill throw it in.

Without knowing the age of the unit, it is very difficult to even make a guess. In my area prices for that kind of unit range from $200.00-$500.00. Prices are based on age, condition and even locations. Code number of the engine or DOM from the ID tag under the seat will tell us the age.
