No throttle control

Hustler Fastrak model 926501, engine at idle, moving throttle doesn't change RPM's. What can I check?

Model number of engine is needed.

Off the top of my head, is the throttle on the carb opening when you work the throttle lever?

Is the linkage working ? does it move the throttle plate at all ? might have just come loose from the cable mount
