Mower will not start

My troy bilt mower with a B&S engine will not start because it floods everytime. I have to pull the spark plug dry it off and hit it will starting fluid to start. Any help???

sounds like a bad needle valve in the carburetor. If it is a newer B&S I hope you better luck then I had finding parts because I ended up replacing the carburetor which was made in Mexico. 125 dollars ouch:frown:
