Mower running a little slower

i have a 2008 super LT 1550.. the cutting (replacing spindle at moment) cuts fine.. but it seems the mower speed has slowed down.. it doesnt seem as fast driving around..getting sluggish.. any suggestions what it is or how to approach fixing it?

i just changed changed oil and filter about 10 hours ago

if u think its gas.. what additive do u recommend i can use in the tank.. from local home depot or lowes?

My first guess would be the drive belt is wearing out and slipping. My other suggestion is to check the tension on the clutch idler pulley spring. These tend to lose strength over time and also allow the belt to slip. This is all based on the fact that your engine is running at the same RPMs at WOT.
