Hello, here's another one. I have a kohler on a toro recycler. xt675-2034 it wouldn't start so I drained the fuel system and removed and cleaned the carb. put it all back together and it started right up. Problem is it just barely runs. doesn't rev up. did I put together wrong, is it a gasket issue?
