kawasaki srarter model # fd590v

[basstracker]

i removed the solenoid from the starter and when i put it back on when i try to put the battery cable on the battery the solenoid kicks in.what did i do wrong?

thanks I pulled the starter off and seen how to put the silenoid back on.
