My JA65 John Deere mower has been very dependable and I just had a full Spring service. I have had no problems this Spring until this past weekend. After completing 90% of my lawn and refilling the gas tank, the mower would re-start but only run for about 2-5 seconds before it dies. Will not run. I checked the plug (looked fine) and the air filter (very clean). What could this be?

When you filled the tank, did something go in that was not supposed to? Check your fuel can for water or dirt, now you may need to check that the fuel system is working properly, not plugged up:thumbsup:
