I have a 13 HP kohler turns over, has spark, has compression about 90-95, but will not start. I have change the gas, clean out the carb bowl, It was not my unit. So maybe the person might have sheered the key, maybe out of time. So today I pulled the flywheel off, key was good, but I found two magnets loose so I fix that. That was a easy fix ( I worked in a magnet factory for over 10 years ). (I have to wait for the glue to set 8 hours) Now I need to know where to look at.
How to set or check timing I thought the timing is set by the fly wheel, is it? Anyone have any ideas? thanks for looking and your help.
