But I think something is seriously wrong with this Briggs engine.

Only thing wrong I see is you might need a new shroud. I think a cooling modification was made because of the hot summer we’ve had.

The operator was darn lucky there was an explosion. Gas line totally cooked. I touched it and it fell apart.

Let's see.

4] fuel lines.
5] two front tires
6] hood air duct (not even shown on the IPL)

And this is just what I see. Going to see if the engine itself is save-able later. Along repairing the transaxle for later sales as 6 speed unit are in depend yet.
Customer has determine it is a lost cause on that 2002 as he already replaced the mower and just donated it to my junk pile.
